Get to know your virtual assistant to ensure they mesh well with your company and are able to respond in the way you need. Learn about what they stand for and how they approach the tasks presented to them. If you work with a VA and find that they are not able to keep to the schedule that you need, it is okay to explore other options. Don’t feel obligated to stay with the same person if it is not working. It is a waste of both parties’ time and energy.
Don’t give up if you have a VA that doesn’t work out. It doesn’t mean having a VA isn’t right for you and your business. It simply means that that specific VA was not right for you.
