  • Please be specific (ex. I want to run a course with at least # attendees, I want to make # of Sales, I want to grow Facebook to # of followers.)
  • This should be your prioritization of what we have talked about and were listed on the contract. If you have something new list it as well!
  • It takes between 15-30 minutes maximum unless we have trouble and then we reach out and let you know what’s going on. In the initial setup we add a cloud backup on my Amazon s3 server (unless you have your own) that does a monthly backup for us no matter what and then I do a manual and full update every 3 months. While I am in there I also dismiss any notification or comments that are being held for moderation. This is a good way to make sure someone is in your site and that things are running as they should.
